How To Keep Your Health in Rainy Season

It's been a longtime since I posted my last post. Yeah, I'm on 9th grade, I'm very busy with so many try out because on May I will have a national exam that will determine my graduation from junior high school. 
In Indonesia, now we have rainy season. In my hometown, Semarang, we have rain almost everyday. The weather is very cold in here. And yes, we can get influenza, fever, and other sickness. So, in this post beside give you my sets for this rainy season, I'll also give you some tips to get yourself healthy in this season. Check check^^
 
1. Eat Healthy Food.
       This is the cheapest way to protect you from sickness. You can cook a hot soup to invigorate your body or get Vitamin C-rich foods to boost your immune system to help repulse flu and infection.

2. Keep Yourself Hydrated
       In rainy season, sweat does not evaporate quickly as the humidity levels are high and this prevents the body from releasing heat, therefore keeping a bottle of  clean water is really great.
3.  Wash Your Hands       
           Wash your hands after coughing, sneezing, and before and after eating and any time your hands come into contact with typical public surfaces like telephones, door knobs and staircase railings. Colds and flu germs spread by physical contact.
